pavillion nvidia card
I have had numerous problems with a range of Nvidia graphic cards but they do not work. I have bought Nvidia GTX 950 Ensured it was housed correctly and that the power lead was secure. The PC then shows press esc for startup menu. Nothing happens.
Could someone give me any pointers as to why this is happening and how to fix.

IDT High Definition Audio not working (HP Pavillion 500-314)
Hello. I have a HP Pavillion 500-314. It runs on Windows 10. My audio was working fine until I was forced to reset the computer after my computer went into a "Preparing Automatic Repair" loop. After I reset the computer, there was an "x" next to the little speaker icon in the lower right hand corner. When I hover my mouse over the speaker icon, it says "No speakers or headphones are plugged in". This is driving me crazy as the other posts regarding the IDT High Definition Audio have not worked. I would greatly appreciate a speedy response. Thank you for your time.

HP Desk Pro 400 G1 video card upgrade
I wish to upgrade the AMD 8350 video card on this computer with a EVGA GTX 750 ti but do not know whether the BIOS will support this change. I tried to install a GTX 970 and the EVGA drivers could not find the hardware.

Problem: I was watching a movie a night before and it's still worrking. Tomorrow evening when I played a video, I found out the sound did not work, so I tried restarting and still no hope, i tried disabling, enabling and uninstalling the IDT High Definition Audio CODEC and now I'm using High Definition Audio Device and still no hope, windows says that this device is working properly, but oviously its not I really need help, and now i'm using only. I dont know anything advanced about technology yet, so im helpless.

Fn+F2/F3 Brightness Buttons Not Working
I have tried installing the latest catalyst, removing the adaptor and monitor drivers... the buttons don't work!
My computer doesn't support HP My Display.
HP Support Assistant says everything is up-to-date.
I have the latest BIOS and this issue happened before I upgraded the firmware too (latest BIOS was released a couple weeks ago).
Please help with any other solutions.

HP assistant Fails under Windows 10 - Display does not turn off after time interval is exceeded
After upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10, the HP assistant would not work. I fact, Windows 10 indicated that my computer was at risk if HP Assistant is used. I uninstalled the software.
Is there any way to download and install a GOOD version of the HP Assistant?
ALSO, the display (HP w2338h) does not turn off according to the setting in the power options. Any value, other than 1 second, WILL NOT TURN OFF THE DISPLAY. I have looked for drivers on the HP Support site and can not find any driver updates.

No sound, video and game controllers in device management on my desktop pc
I have a red X over my speaker in the right hand cormer of screen, it say no audio output device installed, I have tested worling speakers plugged in.
I have checked in the device manager and there are no sound, gaming and audio drivers listed.
Ive tried downloading drivers from various sites but still nothing!!
Any suggetstions?

Mini desktop dual display set up
I amtrying to install a two display so I can project two sepparate working screens using this mini desktop.
Because there is only one HDMI posrt and no VGA i purchased a HDMI splitter, however I am only seen the same picture in both screes. Windows does not detect my 2nd screen? What are my options, return this product? is there a way to fix this?

hp zr2740w will at best briefly blink on
This behavior happens on various machines including Mac laptops, one of the new Mac TV boxes and a Linux desktop.
The display, at one point did work on my linux desktop, running Linux mint, in multi headed mode. Connecting the display to the desktop video card using a mini display port cable the display configuration page of system settings will recognize and show the monitor. The cursor behaves as if there is a monitor attached and is in the same virtual space as it is configured, except that nothing will show up on the monitor.
Occasionally, when activating the monitor, both on the linux system and on various mac computers, the display will flash briefly, for less than a second, and then go dark.
When I first bought the monitor, it would operate for a while, just fine, then go dark. I eventually found that if I turned the brightness down, then it would operate normally, leading me to suspect a possible overheating issue at full brightness.

Vertical Pink Line on the Left Side Of Monitor
I just purchased this pc which was loaded with Windows 8.1. I upgraded to Windows 10 Home 64-bit. After the upgrade was finished and the computer restarted a pink vertica l line appreared on the left side of the screen that will not disappear. What can I do to remove this line without uninstalling Windows 10? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I've had this device less than a week and hope it is not damaged.

DTS problem with windows 10 Home
Ever since I upgraded to Windows 10 Home edition through the offer Microsoft gave me, I have been unable to even open the DTS sound control panel. I have tried installing the latest driver and have done some research and others have had similar problems but not with Windows 10. I would like some assistance with this issue as I like to tweak equilizers.

Problem with recoding device
When I tried to make a call/video call using Skype, I cannot get the connection. There is ringing but then an Error message "Problem with recording device." appears.
This problem surfaced after I upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 8.1. Before there was no problem using skype.
I have already upgraded to the latest version of Skype.

spca2082 camera - no videi in Skype
Hi,
No video from my side in Skype (nobody can see me), only sound. I can see video from the other side - no problem.
Sometimes they can see me, but more often than not they can't.
If I go to Tools-Options-Vide Settings in Skype, I should see myself. But almost always I can see black rectangular box with rotating circle.
Have tried to delete SPCA2082 PC Camera from Device Manager and then scan for hardware changes - all the same.
Skype version is 7.12.85.101, all lates patches for Windows 10 are installed.
What should I do next?
