I did migrate from Windows 7 to windows 10. The screen display has large icons and cannot be adjusted
Is a new windows 10 driver available?
I have an HP 52331 monitor. It worked without problems for about two years. Recently, it has begun blacking out. When it blacks out, I can usually fix it (for a while) by disconnecting the data cable from the back of my computer case and then reconnecting it. I can do this without shutting down my OS, which is Windows 7, and without turning my computer off.
Because this problem began happening only after I'd owned the monitor for two years, I am thinking that many of the monitors that have this problem are having it as the result of "planned obsolesence." If there is a way to fix this problem without buying another monitor, I'd like to know what it is.
I want Graphic driver for my HP All-in-one-5201ix (Energy Star) for windows 7 32 Bit
I have the Hp compaq 8100 running on Windows 10 64 bit.
I am having problems where everytime I refresh or load a web page the machine locks up for a split second. All audio/video stutters really hard to the point that I just can't listen to music or anything whilst working.
According to LatencyMon the ndis.sys and tcpip.sys drives are showing extremely large amounts of latency.
I can't find any Windows 10 drivers for the onboard network card (Intel(R) 82578DM Gigabit Network Connection).
I was hoping someone would be able to assist with this.
I've installed a SoundBlaster Z (SB1502) on my HP ProDesk 400 G2 MT. I've unplugged HdAudio cable from MoBo and plugged on SB. All audio port works fine, in rear of PC and in front panel.
But when i turn on PC i need to press F1 because a warning message displayed "No Front Panel Audio Connected". Repeat, all audio port on SB and front panel plugged on it works fine.
How to disabled this warning ?
PS Sorry for my poor english ....
This is a friends pc, the product number I believe is LN874EA. The computer is kinda old now, but the complication arrose where he brought a new 960 graphics card to replace is 545 graphics card. Unplugged plugged in no boot, I then researched and found out that the bios on his computer is legacy and the new card isn't. Can anyone comfirm this?
When the monitor goes to sleep, after 20 minutes, with the computer still on, sometimes the monitor will subsequently not wake up when the mouse is moved or any key pressed. The monitor light turns from orange to green but the screen remains blank. The only solution is to put the PC itself to sleep by pressing the power button. (The monitor always comes on when the computer itself is powered up/wakes from standby/sleep)
I think this is a problem with the video card and not the monitor; this is the second monitor we have tried since buying this computer 2 months ago - the first one had the same problem. I've tried updating the drivers for the monitor and display adapter but they are all up to date. The graphics card is AMD Radeon R7 240. A second display adpater is listed under Device Manger - AMD Radeon 7660D - which seems to be the onbboard graphics chip. The monitor is connected via HDMI to the graphics card. It's a Hanns.G monitor, though I don't think that's the problem.
Any suggestions as to how I can fix this fault would be greatly appreciated.
The picture jumps until the unit warms-up. Then it works fine.
I have an HP Pavilion TouchSmart 23 All-in-One desktop and from day one (I've had it for about 2 1/2 years now) have NEVER been able to adjust the brightness. Control Panel, Display, there is no slider for brightness, and in settings it says brightness adjuster is unavailable.
I have called HP multiples times and they have NEVER been able to fix this issue.
I have tried every fix that I could find on the forums and NOTHING WORKS!!! All of my drivers are up to date.
I even tried the upgrade to Windows 10 hoping that would work...NOT A CHANCE!!!
Now HP wants me to pay $100 for them to 'TRY' to fix the issue, and they say their records show that I've never called to have this fixed...how convenient!!!
I NEED HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!
On Monday or Tuesday, I installed the first major update for Windows 10 - now version 1150. After the download and install, every time I start up my computer I am receiving the same error message.
AMD Quick Stream error: license information to use this software is not found.
I just purchased my HP Envy desktop in March of this year. I have no idea where the license information is to be found, or how to insert it to prove it's legal.
So far, I've not noticed any problems but it bothers me that this error message continues to appear, because I am afraid one of these days, it may cause a problem. The last thing I need is for my monitor to suddenly stop working because my license information is somehow missing.
Monitor is Envy 23
Could someone explain to me what Beats Audio is? There are controls on the bottom right of my monitor for audio, to increase or decrease. I was led to believe that the sound came through the monitor somehow, but after I set up my computer, there was no sound until I hooked up my own Dell speakers.
When I bought the computer, I did not purchase speakers because the sales person allowed me to believe the sound came through the monitor. I see the controls on the monitor, but I have no idea what Beats audio is, or how it works, and if I needed speakers, someone should have made sure I knew that, don't you think?
Any information would be appreciated.

I have a HP 8100 Compaq that originally ran Windows 7 but has been refurbished, sold with Windows 8, and been upgraded to 10. When trying to record using Audacity software and Soundblaster Prodigy FX, I receive Error message: "Error while opening sound device. Please check the recording device settings and project sample rate. I tried acquiring updates from HP assistant and also went into device manager and downloaded updates for the sound driver. No luck. Anyone know how to solve this issue?
Trying to download from sd card from my camera too my computer. i used to just put the card in the sd slot. Then import them.
Like the subject above says. The headphone jack does work, but after closing the PC and opening the screen again, it does not make any sound. When I plug it in, the pop-up still comes up to alert me that I've plugged in my headphone, but no sound comes out. It seems to work only after I restart my computer. It began in my second week of owning it. I've searched the forums, but I was not able to find anything like my problem.
HELP! I am desparate! I just found out that I have a video-camera on my all-in-one desktop; and I also seem to have YouCam Cyberlink 5. I need to create a video live and then upload to facebook. When I went to YouCam, the first thing I noticed is that my picture and audio were not in sync. Can anyone out there help me?
I put a CD in the computer to play but nothing happens on Windows 10
i want to change resolution of hp2010 because when i am playing a game with more resolution then a message comes:
input signal out of range
change settings to 1600*900-60hz
I have burned/written music cd's on cd-r & cd-rw media that will play on a Bose Wave home stereo and on (OEM) car stereo in a 2004 Grand Cherokee. They will not play (disc error) on the car stereo (Porsche/Becker CDR 220) in a 1999 Boxster. I "believe" the problem is not the format of the audio recording but rather the media (cd) itself. Will my SuperMulti DVD burner on my hpe h8-1234 desktop burn/write to a blank CD-DA (Audio) CD-R disc? I use CyberLink Power2Go software to burn/write audio cd's and I can select "Audio CD" (WAV) as the format to be written, and I can select various write speeds including 32x and 40x. I have tried fujifilm CD-R 80min/700MB up to 16x write speed discs and the Multi DVD burner doesn't recognize it as a recordable form of media. I have little more than a rudimentary understanding of CD/DVD +/- R/W compatibility requirements and limitations, I'm trying to avoid buying more CD-R blank discs that my burner won't recognize, and more wasted time and frustration. Thanks, low_tech_user.
Bluetooth speaker supplied with this computer is not operating properly. It will pair but won't connect resulting in NO SOUND at all.
