Can anybody help me?
My HP Pavilion p316uk has always been fine, but has recenly developed a tendency to randomly freeze (even when cold).
Shortly prior to this it would just go into sleep mode (No input signal) and wouldn't respond unless I did a cold re-start using the power button.
I came on here and updated my graphics and bios drivers but the problem persisited. I then rolled back the graphics driver but the problem still persisted, however it's now a "freeze" issue, screen still visible, but nothing works, again only a cold re-start sorts it out.
Really getting annoyed with this, have run C-Cleaner, all diagnostics, virus scans and everything. Graphics crad cannot be overheating it happens sometimes just after a start up.
HELP!!!!
