My 23TM touch monitor keeps loosing it's touch capability. I have to insert the usb cable to another port or unplug the usb from the monitor, then plug it back in. Sometimes it requires a cold start. When it is working it is great, but then sometimes I have to disconnect the usb cable and reconnect, shut down and start up again. Very frustraing, not being able to pinpoint thevproblem.
