I had dual hp pavilion 23tm monitors, their touch was working fine even after Windows 8.1 update 1.
I configured them using "Tablet PC Settings" to tell that both monitors are touch capable.
Yesterday I upgraded the Graphic Card (NVIDIA Quadro 2000). Touching the right display click items on left display, exactly at the same spot (but on wrong) monitor. Left (Primary) montior works fine. Making the right monitor primary makes the left(now secondary) monitor touch function useless.
I quickly went to control panel, only to discover that "Tablet PC Settings" icon has been taken out by Microsoft.
Unless HP gives me a software fix, I am left with just one touch capable monitor, the other monitor's touch function clicks on the wrong monitor. Please give me some work around, else I would have not choice but to return it back to Amazon.com
