Graphics card

Hi this is my first post ever on this forum :smileytongue: I have a question to ask I have a HP ENVY H8-1414 and im not to happy with its graphic card. I want to get the gtx 750 but im not sure if it will work or if my system doesnt meet its requirements. It would be great if anyone would tell me if it does meet the requirements. A little run down of my pc. My motherboard manufacturer is Gigabyte, my processer is AMD FX-6120, i have 10gb of ram and 1tb of memory and my current video card is AMD Radeon HD 7450 also my power supply is 300w.

Since my motherboard manufacturer is Gigabye, i think then my graphics card should also be made by Gygabyte.
