Hi my monitor speakers have stopped working and a loud crackling sound has been occuring in my left speaker and both speakers have been becoming quite hot after a couple minutes of use. I've taken out the sound cord but the cracking sound still occurs. I've also tried replacing every cord with a brand new one but the problem still occurs.
Please can you help.
