After updating to Windows 8.1, when starting my computer back up, i noticed that half of the start bar wasn't displayed, and when opening windows, the top right buttons were cut off, and my tabs were cut in half. I've tried reinstalling drivers for a graphics card, and HP itself, I've tried messing with the resolution (my only options are 1260x720 and 1920x1080, neither of which changed anything for the better), i've tried messing with the monitor (which is a 32" 1920x1080 TV) with no success.
