Trying to upgrade my new PC

I just got a new computer a couple weeks ago and I want to change the graphics card on my computer

I'm using a HP p2-1343w Desktop PC.

Here's the graphics card I want, but I'm not sure if it will fit or if it will even work with my motherboard:

The reason I want the card is so I can actually play games on my computer without lag.

If the graphics card doesn't work with my PC then could you suggest a good gaming card that will work with it?
