HP Pavilion h9-1180 Multiple Monitor-- How do I set up 3 monitors ?

HP Pavilion HPE h9-1180 Phoenix PC

I have the above HP computer which I purchased about a year and half ago.

Have been using 2 monitors but now when I try to connect up to 3 monitors I am having difficulty.

I open up catalyst and I see 3 monitors. But on my 3rd monitor, it says cable not connected on the screen.

The three monitors I have are

1.   HPx2301  ( DVI, HDMI, & VGA ports )

2.   Samsung Synmaster SB23B350  ( HDMI & VGA ports )

3    ACER S221HQL ( HDMI, DVI & VGA ports )

What should I do when I open up catalyst.

Is there a step by step process to get the three monitors working ?
