beats audio

I have a TouchSmart ENVY 23 desktop that is integrated with Beats Audio.
the problem is that whenever i'm listining to music that has heavy amounts of bass or low frequencies through headphones, It keeps switching to Mono audio. or something like that, because my right speaker in my Bose headphones goes silent, except for small amounts of bass, while the rest of it is shoved into the left speaker.
Now, it can't be my headphones because when i listen to music on my laptop that doesn't have Beats audio, it works just fine.
Is there a fix for this?
