Hello! I am new to the forum and I have come to ask for help. I'm not even sure if I have the correct board for this problem so, if I don't, please guide me to where I should be. I am trying to install the software for my new vinyl cutter/plotter but am wondering if we even have the correct hookups. I have photographed the back of the PC and labeled the items we may have an issue with. I've contacted the plotter company but they are not responding. As you can see, we needed to have an adapter to even hook up the monitor. A gal from Best Buy told me I had to special order a cord online from someone who sells "them. Just goodle vinyl cutter" she said. The guy from Radio Shack said it was a simple fix and sold me a $25 adapter for a USB port, which is not working for me. I don't think we have it correct yet. Is there anyone who help me figure this out?
