Compaq R191b Monitor goes on and off frequently

Hi Support,

I need your help. I have Compaq R191b 18.5-inch Monitor and its giving me a lot of problem. The monitor goes on and off frequently. It is still under warranty. See below:

Serial number: 3CQ40428Z3 Product number: D3A59AT Warranty status: Covered under warranty

Warranty Category: Factory Warranty Warranty end date: 2017-04-01 (YYYY-MM-DD)

I stay in Goa, India. I checked on your website and it says that they do not have service centers in Goa.

Please help me. How do I get my monitor fixed when there is no service center in my state?
