HP LP3065 Monitor issue

I am a proud owner of a HP LP3065 and I have recently incurred some issues.  When I plug it in and boot the PC it starts with a full screen then goes to a situation where it cuts off and then about 30 seconds, it comes back and repeats this for ever.

I installed a Nvidia Geforce GT 630 video board in a Dell 410 with 4 gb main memory and the video board has 2 Gb  Both monitors ar DVI and hooked up to the respective ports on the video board.  I have the board in the PCI Express x 16 slot.

The video board worked and the monitor worked fine before I just installed a SSD Samsung 128gb pro solid state drive.

My thoughts were that the drive would give me more speed and take load off the processor. That it did and now I am fast but without my 30" HP.   When I put the video board that came with the dell back in, they both work but can not get any reasonable resolution out of the HP like 840 x 400 max as monitor 2.

My thinking after redoing all the proper drivers up to date is 1. Maybe the drivers need be rolled back. 2. Maybe the monitor is bad, 3. maybe the settings on the monitor need be adjusted, 4. Maybe the services running do not support the monitor after I redid the drive I had to change some of those settings to get the audio to work after migration/cloning of the drive, 5 Maybe the operating system XP Pack 3 is no longer compatible.

I have the dvi into the monitor in put #1 and to the computer in the only DVI on the native board Ratheon ATI that came with the computer and it does support 2 monitors but at very low resolution.

The HP light on the front just blinks and alternates between amber and green.

I am stumped.  Can anyone help?
