hp pavilion 22bw won't turn on

Hello,

I have a hp pavilion 22bw monitor. And it was working fine since I bought it 4 months ago. Yesterday, the on button wouldnt turn on. I checked the power bar and there was a green light. Even tried switching outlets and still received a green light. I then looked at the back of the monitor and saw a white light which means the power if being sent normally. The problem is when i press the on button, nothing happens theres no orange light nor white light. Its just off. My laptop that is connected can read that there is a monitor there too because my mouse will disappear when I go to that part of the screen. Can anyone give me a hand?
