Here lately I've been having an off and on problem with my monbitor (more on that off lately) There seems to be thin green horizontal lines going across my monitor, this is very obvious when there is a black background or a dark video. When I unplug my monitor cable and it says "check monitor cable" the green lines are ONLY shown across where that box is, yet when the montor is on and working they are showing up everywhere. It's hard to tell but the green lines seem to be moving up and down as well (atleast it seems that way in video). The monitor will just randonly start working perfectly fine again and then for no reason go back to being messed up. Also when I move my mouse curosor over a video where it's messing up the green lines around the cursor seem to go away where ever it is. I'm hoping there is some kind of fix for this because I really can't afford a new monitor right now :/.
