Video Card Upgrade On H8-1222

Hi

I Have a HP H8-1222 Pc and I want to Upgrade de video card with Gigabyte Radeon R9 280

I have the proper power supply 600W

the problem is when I start the computer its stay on a black screen the computer don't boot every connection is good

maybe somebody can help with this issue
