100% disk useage and slow computer after upgrading video card from Radeo to Nvidia

I recently upgraded video cards form a Radeon 790 (or something like that) to a Geforce GTX 750Ti and the computer is very slow to boot and run. Disk usage is at 100% and I cannot for the life of me figure it out.
