EVENT 33 WITH DISPLAY ASSISTANT

I get an Event 33 in Windows Applicaton Log stating:

EVENT 33 SideBySide

Activation context generation failed for "C:\Program Files (x86)\Portrait Displays\HP Display Assistant\MFC80.DLL". Dependent Assembly Microsoft.VC80.MFCLOC,processorArchitecture="x86",publicKeyToken="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b",type="win32",version="8.0.50608.0" could not be found. Please use sxstrace.exe for detailed diagnosis.

I really do not want to ignore the error, and I was wondering if someone knows how to resolve the event so that I get a clean start up in my Windows Application Log; I do know that if I do not run the program that the error for the Event does not engage; however, I want my Display Assistant to start up when Windows Starts up.  I would like to find a way; for example, change a registry setting, or something in that area to finally get a Clean Log on start up.

Thank You.
