I cannot get my PC to pick up any TV channels. It will scan for hours and not find digital or analog TV channels. My computer is 4 days old - it is a HP ENVY PHOENIX 810 se with TV Tuner and remote. Also, the remote does not do anything but turn off the PC and the Monitor.
