Well it seems the forums here is the only place get any help with hp.
This is my third post for this case here. So i will describe it like this.
My monitor broke. I sat on hold for 2 hours trying to get a replacement. I finally get a hold of someone (thanks Jeffhelp) and get a replacement. Well the replacement is defective. So after a while i get a hold of someone else on the forums who get me some help and i get "another" replacement monitor. While it is nice and an upgrade to my other one. It doesnt have a stand. What am i supposed to do with a monitor with no stand?
So i call hp support again. I get transfered through six different people. To finally be told by some guy in india that stands are not in spare parts and i have to get my own stand for the monitor. Seriously? Doesnt monitors come with stands? How am i supposed to use it? How is this a replacement?
So my question is what can i do here? Is there someone i can call to have a stand for my replacement monitor sent to me? Please help me here.....
