Pavilion 23xi Monitor has 1/4 of screen shaded Red

On my pavilion 23xi, I have a red shade on the left of my screen. Its dim but any other way it's annoying. 
I've done what the support has done with the incorrect imaging. But it stays the same. IT just wont go, I've been searching the internet for an answer but couldn't find one. Please help!
