After using "Windows Refresh" due to malware, I can no longer slide web pages from one monitor to another (I was using 2 monitors before the refresh). Does anyone know how I can restore this functionality? Your help would be greatly appreciated.
I have a p7 1451, a Pavillion computer using AMD A10-5700 with an integrated AMD Radeon HD 760D Graphics. I am using Windows 8.1.
