HP Pavilion HPE h9-1044uk sound crash

Hello there

I am new to this forum so please excuse my lack of knowledge if certain aspects.

I am running a  HP Pavilion HPE h9-1044uk Phoenix Desktop PC,

specs are

Windows® 7 Home Premium 64

Intel Core I5-2400 CPU @ 3.10 GHZ

6gig of RAM

64 bit Operating system

Audio features Beats audio console, High Definition Audio 7.1

Now i use Virtual Dj as a dj tool when live streaming. I have a full professional DJ setup 9Pioneer CDJ 2000 nexsus and DJM 900 Nexsus) and i use my an external remix controller called the Pioneer RMX 1000. I have it set so its my mixer's REC out is connected to the input of my rmx 1000 and my output to my pc.

Now my issue is that after 1 hr sometimes less or more the sound crashes to a point that all i hear live is crackling and the only way to fix it is to restart the software. I at first thought it was the software but if i change the setting on the  software to use only the mixers sound card.

The sound is perfect not one crash, and i have been using it for the last 4 years like that. But when i have added this new remix controller and switched back to the computers sound card all i get is this crackling.

I spoke to Atomix tech support and they have no clue. They told me its some conflict somewhere, but they cant isolate it.

Hence why i am here, hoping you can shed some light on things for me.

Regards
