I have an HP Pavilion 20 b010 all in one desktop running Windows 8. The print spooler has stopped running. I get error message 1068: the dependency service or group failed to start. I have tried disconnnecting everything including power from my computer and then restarting like it was new adding one component at a time....No luck, still no print spooler. I have gone to C:/windows\system32\spool\printer and there were so files to delete.....no start still error 1068...help me please.
