Hp pavilion 23xi just bought less than a week. Today after turned on, a few minutes, it gone blank while I was browsing. Nothing works until I unpluged the mains for both monitor and computer. My computer is Hp 500 with window 8.1. I'm thinking of returning the monitor, couldn't afford for more stress and time wasting when change a new monitor.
