I have a HP Envy model 700-049. After update to Windows 8.1 the Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 (which has 1 monitor attached to it) no longer works. Windows will not reconize it, only the AMD Radeon HD 8570 card (which has the other 2 monitors attached to it). All monitors were working with Windows 8.
Tried updating drivers, the hard restart and disabling and enabling display adapters.
Can not restore as Windows removed restore points upon upgrade.
Can anyone give me something else to try other than a total restore?
