Didn't have sound coming from my Envy 24 Monitor with Beats Audio, Found out the problem,.After the inept Tech help told me to buy an HDMI adpater, and when that didn't work, the next equally inept HP Tech Help told me there were no speakers in my sound bar and that I had to buy external speakers. ( I had to explain to them that it came with 2 six watt speakers.) Well the Quick Set Up For this Envy 24 monitor is wrong. They leave out the step where you hook up the connection between the tower and the monitor. Even Tech Help didn't know about that. I had to explain it to them after 1 1/2 hours on the phone. They really need to get to know their products. HP Tech Help- Fail
