I have recently tried to hook up my HP2211 Series Wide LCD Monitors (I have two) to my HP Envy (Pheonix 810 PC series-model # 810-135qe and product # F9A63AV#ABA) tower and only one of my monitors works now. I am using Windows 7 and it's 64-bit version. The screen will come up on the 2nd monitor and I can move a new tab within Firefox from the 1st monitor over to the 2nd monitor but it is distorted and I cannot type anything within that new tab-so I cannot work on spreadsheets on the 2nd monitor. I checked for monitor updates and my computer is telling me that everything is up to date. The other day we updated the drivers for the monitors and it worked for that day but now I am having the problem again. Any suggestions?
