I can't seem to figure out why I'm not getting an audio signal when transferring from my old analog camera. I'm using a composite cord from an old Sony Handycam, through an LG Multi (just using it to convert signal from analog to digital), and into my computer, through a USB connection. When I had my old computer (with Windows XP) and the NXT Pro1, I had no problems.
With the NXT Pro2 (and Windows 7), the video is coming through very clear, but there is no audio. I've tried disabling/enabling different things in Device Manager and the only time I get ANY audio it, along with the video transfer, is like it's on fast-forward. The sound options I have under Sound, video and game controllers in my Device Manager are AudioBox USB Audio and IDT High Defintion Audio CODEC. The computer has HP beatsaudio, but I don't know if that's the problem OR how to disable it. When I go to that control panel the "Line In" pod is all the way down and is grayed-out, so I can't bring it up. My audio device manager has some options, under Recording, but I'm not sure which ones to select. For what it's worth, my external sound runs through a Samson Servo 300 and a PreSonus AudioBox USB. Any suggestions anyone?
