Hello, I just got an HP Envy Monitor for my Xbox One and Pc. I use the HDMI cable on both devices, and the monitor recieves the video and displays it well. However, no sound comes out of the headphone jack in the monitor. This is not a problem for the PC, as I can plug headphones into the computer itself, but it is problematic for the Xbox One. No audio plays whether there are headphones plugged in or not. I even tried plugging in external speakers, and after that I tried plugging in headphones to those speakers. Nothing. No sound comes from the audio test, and I have tried all of the built-in audio options using the monitor buttons, and it seems nothing works. It is rather frustrating, and I would appreciate any advice.
