I purchased this PC and Monitor just over 6 months ago and it is still under warranty. When I boot up and am at the logon screen touch does not work and I am left using the mouse and keyboard. Even some touch functions do not work properly.
I just purchased a Surface Pro 3 and with the same applications loaded I can see that using touchscreen or keyboard and mouse is seemless. I think I need updated drivers for the 23tm beyond what I installed from the CD at time of purchase. I went on to HP site and installed HP Support Assistant Software which claims to update all drivers to the latest. But my touch problem on the 23tm is not resolved.
What I should be doing to resolve this problem. Most applications I have purchased only work with the mouse and keyboard and the touch screen is really useless without the proper drivers (I understand). I believe everything during logon and application use should work with the same interface whether I am using my HP 8.1 tower or my Surface Pro 3.
