Will This Graphics Card Work On My PC?

Hi,

I'm looking to upgrade my current graphics card on this PC from an NVIDIA GT630 to an Asus NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti.

My current specs on the PC are:

Model: HP Pavilion p6-2489ea

Motherboard: h-joshua-h61-uatx

RAM: 8GB

Power Supply: 300W

CPU: i5-3350P

I understand that I may have to also upgrade my PSU to around 500w but other than that I just wanted to know if my PC would be able to support the GTX 750 TI graphics card?
