Hello,
First time poster. I have had an issue with my HP Envy h8-1414, Windows 8 64bit. It does not recognize the HDMI cable, and shows it as unplugged.
HP Tech Support has been very disappointing. They had me unistall a driver, install another, and still no resolve.
They've deemed it to be a bad graphics card, without taking any other efforts to troubleshoot the problem.
Can anyone offer any help?
