New Grafik dont work

I have a HP H9-1060sc and i did just buy a PNY GTX 780 Card

And after i have replace it to the new Card PC wont Boot it stand still on Blue screen

and i cant even go to bios or safe mode just stand in Blue start screen

:-( Need help
