I have an HP Envy 23-d035ea all in one system. Very recently the audio completely stopped working. I try to open the Beats Audio control panel and it says 'start-up file not found'. So something definately wrong, please can someone help to resolve? I have am travelling for work soon and need to be ableto Skype my kids.
