Dual Monitors

I want to set up dual monitors. 

I have 2 ViewSonic monitors and a HP USB Graphics Adapter Product No. NL571AA.  I can't get the dual monitors to work.  Is this adapter compatible? If not, what type is compatible?  Thanks for your help.
