replace video p7-1010

I have been using my stock machine for some time and have been happy with it.  Just a little while ago my screens BOTH went dark, saying 'No Signal'.  Power was on, computer was on, but it seems that the video stopped working.  I no longer had control of the computer (since I couldn't see what I was doing), so I turned it off and then back on a minute later.  It came up with all it's usual noises so I could tell it was ok...but the monitors did NOT come back.  They were getting power, but no signal.

Now since the video is on the motherboard, can I just get any old dual monitor video card to plug into the PCI slot to replace it?  I've read people talking about having to upgrade the power supply?  Is that something I'd have to do?  I don't do gaming or heavy duty video.. I'm a programmer so I'm not looking for great video.  Would this work for me:

or can you recommend something to get my two monitors back up without having to replace the power supply?

Thank you!
Joe
