Ok. So I usedton use windoes vista home premium and then upgraded to the windows 10 tech preview. My problem is simple, when I turn on my computer, it automatically adjusts the screen, then its shows which keys to press to access different tools, I ignore that and a boot screen shows as (the one with the line) then it adjusts the screen and monitor goes to sleep, then it starts up again. This has been going on for 5 hours, the control screen says its HP version 5.21, in case that helps. Thank you in advance for your support.
