Both of my replacement displays are defect, again!

Hello,

 

I have received two replacement displays a few month ago and both displays are faulty again.

One shows a few pisel thick vertical purple line and the other one switches of after a few minutes of use.

 

To work further, I have now replaced both displays, so you can see it is not a computer problem.

 

What is with the long lasting HP quality, my HP Z200 runs smooth and fast like on the first day, it is disapointing.

 

I expect to be contacted by someone from the support team to negotiate the further steps.
