Purchased the 700-430qe desktop with Radeon R9 270 video card. Having issues with web video guality. Videos appear grainy/pixelated with shadowing contained in video objects. This is very noticeable when viewing full screen. I have updated to the most recent version of Flash and am operating at the recommended display resolution of 1920x1980.
