Help: audio stops working after a while

I am having some problems with my laptops audio. The audio always cuts off after a while and doesn't work until I restart the PC,after that the audio starts working for about 5 minutes and then it stops again. I have installed the newest drivers and also rolled back to the older drivers, I have tried disabling and enabling the sound card nothing seems to be working. After I restart then it works for sometime but after that it stops and none of the playback devices would give out audio . Please help.
