I am trying to figure out what graphics card I need to put in my HP computer system so I can run two (2) monitors on it; and do I need to shut off the graphics to the motherboard that is installed on the computer. I have an HP w2207h (22") monitor w/VGA port that I will be using; and a ViewSonic Monitor VP2130B (21") which has 1 VGA port and 1 DVI-I port as the second monitor. The HP monitor is the oblong type and the ViewSonic is more a square type monitor. I don't think this would be a problem, would it? Also, my Power Supply is 300W. I don't want to spend a lot on the graphics card as this computer is about 6 years old; just enough to have a dual monitor setup work.
