I get an error message hat says there's a incompatability issue with the HP 6310 and Windows 8. When I originally bought the printer I had used another laptop. Now I am using a new laptop. Although, I am still able to print, I don't like this message. How can I resolve this issue? I tried "chatting" but the system seems to go into an endless loop about "transferring data".
