I have no sound on my desktop computer. I had sound before. On Friday, May 22, a new modem which included two routers inside the modem, sent by Comcast, was installed. the network was changed with a new name and a new password. Today I was able to connect my printer wirelessly, but, since last Friday, I have had no sound on my computer. It seems that the cable from my audio in port on my monitor was accidentally disconnected from my computer. there are six holes this plug could fit in on my computer. I tried plugging in the cable into each hole and none of them produce sound. Please help!
