I'm running Windows 7 64-Bit with a GeForce 460 video card.  All drivers are up to date and I'm 100% sure (tested) that both ports on my video card are working.  I recently recieved this new monitor (w1907) from a friend because she wasn't using it.  I'm wanting to make it be my second monitor, but it remains black when I turn it on.  When I hit the power button, it briefly (about 1 second) flashes and shows my desktop, then goes back to black.  The screen is not in sleep mode, as the power button stays lit the faint blue/white color instead of yellow.  I've tested whether it's the cable I'm using to connect it, I've tested the video card, and I'm finally at my wits end.  I can't think of anything else to do to make it work.  Any help is appreciated.
