do i have to install new graphics card on my PC? as i will install windows 8.1 with 4GB ddr2 RAM

My PC name is COMPAQ SG3350IL

i have 2   DDR2  RAM slots in which i can install  total 4 GB RAM.

 

I will install windows8.1 on my PC very soon, for that do i have to upgrade my video BIOS also with RAM( as above)?

All this i am asking is for installing blue stakes and similar softwares in order to run android applications on windiows

8.1 which i will install very soon.

 

justnow i have windows  XP proffessional installed on my pc which i will upgrade to windows 8.1 within a week.

 

My present hardisk is 160GB
