I have plugged a LP3065c monitor into a new Windows 7 PC with an Intel Graphics P4600/P4700 adapter with the DVI dual link cable that originally came with the monitor (has a yellow label around this that says "This Dual-Link DVI cable is required for the LP3065). I have checked that both the monitor and adapter drivers are up to date.
The problem is that I can only get a maximum of 1280 x 800 resolution, yet both the monitor and adapter are both supposed to be capable of 2560 x 1600.
Please let me know how can I get the maximum resolution!! The machine also has an HDMI port, would an HDMI to DVI dual link cable give more resolution?
Thank you.
