I have a new hp monitor 231x if turn on it stay 2 minutes and start blinking like five minutes and go off, it will come on again for 2 minutes and start blinking agian and it continues to repeat in this manner. What can i do.its new but online. Any time it about to stop blinking the screen pic will start to flip until it comes on and go back to the same routine I NEED HELP
