Just received this monitor and it doesn't even have 8 hours runtime on it. Without warning or any adjustments, the monitor will 'flash', and I completely lose illumination of the panel on the right hand side, getting a 'floodlight'/'searchlight' effect coming from the bottom left.
Interestingly enough, if I turn off the monitor for about 45 minutes, the condition 'resets' the the display reverts normal, however that only lasts so long before it happens again, but there is now a 'hotspot' of discoloration at the bottom left.
I'm running this monitor on an HP15t Quad Edition w/Nvidea card connected by HDMI. If this is a hardware or known problem, I need to know NOW so I can exchange this unit for one that is working correctly.
